CPS CASE 53. The Illusion of Certainty

The history is suggestive of claudication due to occlusive arterial disease, but the patient's young age and the quite strong pulses and absent femoral bruits militate against this diagnosis.

病歴から動脈閉塞症による跛行が考えられるが、若い年齢とかなりの強度の拍動大腿部血管雑音の欠如はその診断に合致しない。
