CPS CASE 89. A Wrinkle in Time

Although urinary tract infections often have an atypical presentation in the elderly, I would be concerned about attributing this patient's symptoms to a urinary tract infection in the absence of dysuria, frequency, and pyuria.

尿路感染症は高齢者ではしばしば非典型的な症状を呈するが、排尿障害や頻尿、膿尿がないのにこの患者の症状を尿路感染症のせいにしているのは気がかりだ。
