CPS CASE 109. One Surprise after Another

Intermittent epigastric pain with nausea can be due to common gastrointestinal disorders, such as peptic ulcer disease, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, viral gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, or dyspepsia unrelated to ulcer.

嘔気を伴う間欠的心窩部痛でよくあるのは胃腸疾患で、例えば消化性潰瘍、胆嚢炎、膵炎、ウイルス性胃腸炎、過敏性大腸症候群あるいは潰瘍に関係のない消化不良などが挙げられる。
