CPS CASE 171. All in the Family

Although the initial shaking in all four limbs is suggestive of bilateral central nervous system dysfunction, the subsequent focal nature of the deficits, including aphasia and weakness on the patient's right side, suggests a unilateral lesion, probably in the left hemisphere of the brain, affecting the corticospinal tracts and language centers.
