CPS CASE 147. A Joint Venture

The onset of monoarticular knee pain in a middle-aged woman is most commonly due to osteoarthritis; however, the rapid progression to an oligoarticular pattern, along with the presence of fatigue and dyspnea, suggests an underlying systemic inflammatory disorder.

中年女性の膝の単関節炎の発症で最も多いのは変形性関節炎である。しかし、急速に少数関節に広がり、倦怠感や息切れが伴えば、根本に全身性の炎症疾患を示唆する。
